Step 1 :
Select the file type that you are uploading.
Planned State is your annualized plan data that you are uploading into the system to see your plan data and run your optimization scenarios in the tool.
Select the year from the drop down provided for which you are uploading the annualized plan data. For example, if selecting 2013, all SLA To and SLA From dates should be in 2013.
Optimized State is the Route Optimization output file that you will upload here to convert it to the Country Output format to be able to load the Optimized State into your current Maintenance/ Scheduling system.

If you don’t have Geocodes in Country Template for addresses, OMO/eMap Tool can generate for you. The generation time will vary based on number of records. It may take 10mins to an hour.
Step 2 :
File conversion process may take some time to convert your file into the proper format. After completion of the file conversion, OMO Tool will send an email with a link to download the file(s) to the email address provided here.
Select the Area and the Country from dropdown list.
Provide Branch Name/Number for which you are uploading the data.

Step 3 :
If uploading Planned State data, use the file format as provided in the OMO Country Template with the Activity Per Unit filled out with your data.
Hit the 'Upload' button.
Browse and select file from local drive and click upload.

Step 4 :
Review and update other required information and click Finish button.
Select working days for your branch by selecting checkbox. Unselected day will get considered as off day for branch. Maintenance activity will schedule only for selected working days.
SLA2 is Service Level Agreement 2. It is defined as the period/ allowed time frame to complete a maintenance activity if it is missed during its required time frame. This is the time frame the optimization engine will try and schedule this activity if it cannot meet its original requested date.

Example: Next Month is selected. The monthly maintenance activity for May cannot be scheduled in May, it will schedule sometime within the next month (June). If Next Week is selected, it would schedule the missed activity in the first week of June. Select "Same Month" if it must be done in the required month.
